3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor. We don't store your card details ourselves. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;

5. AI-Generated Content

Resumes, cover letters, company research, and outreach drafts are generated with AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing everything before you send or submit it. We don't guarantee that any tailored application, outreach email, or contact lookup will be accurate, complete, or successful — including that a hiring contact will be found for any given company.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the resume content and materials you upload. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability
